Making A Purchase


Making a purchase is very easy using our website.  Read all about Halcyon Bracelets and ascertain the size you require then simply go to our Shop page, select the size you require (half and inch smaller than your measurement" and click "Add to cart".  Should you require more than one size, repeat the process on the shop page after changing the size required in the size field.  If you require multiple orders of the same size, this can be adjusted on the shopping cart page by altering the quantity in the small box before checking out.  With regards to the cleaning cloth, simple click "Add to cart"   Should you require more than 1 then simply amend the quantity on the checkout page.


We accept PayPal and major card payments.  If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and  your card company should convert the transaction to your local currency.


Your payment will be charged once your order is ready to ship.


If you make a mistake in your order and are unable to rectify it online, please contact us and we will do our best to correct it for you.



Shipping And Handling


We send via Royal Mail First Class Delivery to mainland UK, charged as detailed on checkout.

To send outside of the UK we send via Airmail, charged as detailed on checkout

In some cases if you order a lot of items it will be necessary to calculate your delivery charges individually and we will inform you of the postage costs before processing your order.

Should you wish us to send your goods by any other method than listed above, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate your request.




We aim to dispatch your order by the next day working day, subject to stock.  Mainland UK orders are usually received within 1-2 days of dispatch and international orders within two weeks.


You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.  Please quote your name, address and invoice number in all correspondence.


You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.


Back Orders


If any item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will back order for you.  We will email you to inform you of the estimated delivery date.  Should you wish to cancel please advise us immediately upon receipt of our email.




We guarantee any faulty Halcyon Bracelet product for up to 6 months.


Privacy Policy


We have updated our privacy policy. Please see the link at the foot of the page for more details.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


Halcyon Bracelets does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.  In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.


Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders.

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.


Returns Policy


As well as our own returns policy of 28 days (see below), your rights to return goods are also protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive as follows:-

Returning Under the EU Distance Selling Directive

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the unused goods if already dispatched within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Any goods returned under the EU Distance Selling Directive should be unused and in saleable condition, complete with insert leaflet and packaging. Please complete the Cancellation form below. If you simply require an exchange, please see "Returning Under The Halcyon Bracelets Terms" below.

Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the original invoice number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.



Returning Under The Halcyon Bracelets Terms

As well as the EU Distance Selling Directive, Halcyon Bracelets give a trial period of 28 days.  Should you not find the bracelets affective or you wish to exchange for a different size, please send back attaching a large letter stamp to the envelope and enclose the bracelets, the invoice (or the Cancellation or Exchange form below) , cloth and packaging.  Your refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt.


These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.


None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
